Neighboring the notorious Bear’s Club, the private golf club of golf legend Jack Nicklaus, Trump National Golf Club is comprised of custom estates, courtyard homes, golf villas, and club homes. These homes range in size from 1,950 square feet to 7,715 square feet of air conditioned living space and boast sweeping views of the golf course, freshwater lake, or preserve areas.
Trump National purchased the Ritz-Carlton of Jupiter in November of 2012. The residential homes in the community itself actually refer to themselves as Eagle Tree Jupiter. The POA determined that they wanted to rebrand the Residential Community. The name, Eagle Tree Jupiter, existed historically. The subdivision wanted to create this brand because they are, in fact, separate and distinct from Trump National. While Trump National is the Management Company, the Residential Community is independent, with their own budget, and own Board of Directors,
