Ranch Colony

Ranch Colony is a gated, equestrian community located in Jupiter, located in North Palm Beach County.    Homesites span from  ¾ an acre to over 100 acres. Ranch Colony is spread over 2000 acres and is located off Mack Dairy Road in Jupiter,  and was built between 1984 and 2014 and features custom estates and expansive acreage. Tailwinds subdivision in Ranch Colony is an airpark community designed by pilots for pilots with a 2,700-foot lighted and paved runway suitable for small planes and jets. Homes are located on 5-7-acre sites with hangers that can also accommodate RVs and additional vehicles. All homes have access to the runway whether it be direct or indirect. You don’t need to own a plane to live here but most people do.

Ranch Estates contains 36 homes on sites from 20-50-acre ranches and is perfect for equestrian lovers and cattle ranchers.  Properties in this subdivision in Ranch Colonycan exceed values of $12 million.

Residents of Ranch Acres have the best of both worlds. Homes are built on mini ranches that range in size from 5-12-acre sites. The 40 homes here come with pastures, stalls, barns, kennels, riding arenas, and plenty of space to build.
