Casamar

Casamar is the newest oceanfront condominium planned for Pompano Beach, Florida. Located just south of Related Groups successful Solemar project; this stunning 21 story oceanfront tower sits on 3.2 acres with 283 linear feet of oceanfront. Developed by the Related Group, Casamar will have 119 oceanfront residences compiled of two, three, and four bedrooms – all with direct oceanfront views, Wolf and Sub-Zero applicances. Sales are set to officially launch by the end of January 2022 and prices to begin at $1.4M.

Each floor will consist of six different units all with direct ocean views. There is no penthouse collection planned for CasaMar.

Amenities at CasaMar will include a fitness studio, pool and club room.

The CasaMar rental policy will be a 3 times per year for a minimum of 4 months each time.

The maintenance fee is estimated to be $1 per interior sq/ft.
