The Whisem community is located East Boca Raton, Florida between the Intracoastal Waterway and US1 / Federal Highway, just north of Glades Road and is made up pf approximately 80 homes of different designs, ages and sizes. This established neighborhood is located in the northern part of “The Golden Triangle Area” where you will find million dollar homes on the intracoastal waterfront.

A majority of the homes in the Whisem subdivision have retained their original late 1950’s aesthetic. However, many of the original homes have been demolished and rebuilt into large million-dollar residences. There is no HOA for Whisem.
