Panther National at Avenir

Panther National at Avenir will integrate the breathtaking amenities of 5-star-luxury resorts with sophisticated modern living on a 392 acre land parcel l located within the Master Planned Community of Avenir, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Secluded among 2,400 acres of picturesque preserve, Panther National is a private gated enclave of 218 contemporary and modern custom estate homes designed by world renowned Miami architect Max Strong and built by Palm Beach’s leading luxury home builder Willstrong Construction. Panther National’s first phase will be released with 75 lots and pricing will begin at approximately $3.5m-$4.5 M for the 1/3 acre lots and from $4M-$5m+ for the half acre lots. There will be choices of facades ( Forest-Coast-Sandbar) and several design options to choose from.

Panther National is projected to break ground in 3Q22 with contracts being written in early June 2022. They are currently taking reservations for a wait list with a $10,000 refundable deposit. You will have a 45-day review period to include the HOA docs in advance of finalizing a contract.

The new Signature Championship Golf Course of Panther National will join more than 300 others designed by Nicklaus’ company, including the newly renovated 18-hole course at the North Palm Beach Country Club, and the Champion Course at PGA National Resort and Spa, home of the Honda Classic. Construction on the Avenir course is expected to be completed September, 2023. The course is being co-designed with Justin Thomas. The Clubhouse facilities will be completed 18 months after the golf course is opened.

Golf Membership are expected to be in excess of $300,000 to join and there will be a maximum of 300 members. A Caddie program will be in place for the members’ use. Panther National will be one of the most exclusive country club communities in Palm Beach County.

The project’s location, just 20 minutes from the world-class social infrastructure of Palm Beach Island and West Palm Beach, together with its immediate proximity to the North County private airport, will undoubtedly help position this development as one of the nation’s premier new golf communities.

Also setting Panther National apart will be the contemporary architecture of the Golf Clubhouse designed by renowned Miami-based architectural firm Strang Design. Residents of Panther National at Avenir will have exclusive access to the club’s premium dining, spa and fitness, and pool. The Health & Lifestyle Club offers everything from a spa, athletic club, kids club, yoga studio, miles of walking trails, and premium dining.

In addition to world-class amenities, Panther National is partnering with Elon Musk’s Tesla Energy to provide clean, sustainable home energy systems throughout the community. Tesla plans to incorporate its cutting-edge products in the homes, including the Tesla Powerwall+ and Tesla Solar panel products. This partnership marks Tesla’s latest foray into luxury renewable technologies as well as its increasing interest in real estate.

“Panther National is creating modern, energy independent residences that blend elegant architecture and energy sustainability,” said the developers of the 2,400 acre project, whose motto is “a new world begins at the gate”.

“The development incorporates site-driven and climate-driven design philosophies that will be coupled with the innovative energy technologies provided by Tesla Energy,” they added.

Construction of the infrastructure has already begun, with home sales set to commence in the Spring of 2022.

Avenir is in the midst of the first phase of development; when complete in approximately 10-15 years, it will include 3,900 homes, roughly 2 million square feet of office space, 400,000 square feet of commercial space and 200,000 square feet of medical office space.

Plans also call for 300 hotel rooms, two Crystal Lagoons, 115 acres for a park/civic area, 15 acres for a City Hall annex, 20 acres for agriculture and 2,407 acres for conservation.
