Old Palm Golf Club is a 650-acre private residential golf community with an equity club in Palm Beach Gardens. Located in Palm Beach County, Florida, the community was founded in 2004 by WCI, and in September 2010 was purchased by real estate investment group Clarion Partners. The community has since transitioned from the Developers and is being run and managed by the homeowners.
Old Palm Golf Club is comprised of four distinct neighborhoods: Custom Estates, Grand Estates, Isle Estate, and Golf Estates. The community is comprised of 294 residences, as well as a 43,000 square foot clubhouse with many amenities.
Each of the four distinct communities offers homes with their own special characteristics, each built and designed to the most exacting standards.
