I am Kim Bregman and I have been working as an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent for 40 years. I have worked with Buyers in all communities in Avenir as an Avenir Buyer’s Agent since its inception. As a Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent ( CEBA) I am affiliated with the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. I am the Owner/Broker of Optima Properties and in addition to being an Accredited Buyers Agent and REALTOR, I also hold an MBA from the University of Florida. I am the ONLY CERTIFIED EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENT serving Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
I have never worked for a Seller and in all that time, I have served the interests of my clients, Buyers, by owing them a fiduciary duty. As your real estate consultant I am your full time advocate, researcher, advisor, negotiator and local community expert. I have lived and owned investment properties in South Florida this entire time assisting other buyers with their home search and hope to do the same for you.
