Avalon Estates located in Boynton Beach, Florida, is a gated active adult community that adults aged 55 and better. This comfortably-sized community has 365 Mediterranean-style single-family homes built by Engle Homes and Northstar Homes that are available on a resale-only basis. Avalon Estates is comprised of two and three bedroom single family homes with attached 2-car garages. Engle Homes Regal Series homes range in size from 1,886 to 2,346 square feet. Northstar Homes Royal Series homes are a bit larger and range in size from 2,410 to 2,730. Both series are available on prime lots with beautiful lake views.
