Valencia Pointe in Boynton Beach, Florida  is the sixth active adult (55+) community  by GL Homes in Palm Beach County.  Valencia Pointe was constructed between 2006 and 2010 and  consists of 690 single family residences with a variety of 12 spacious floorplans ranging in size from 1682 to 3466 air-conditioned square feet.There are three collections of homes in Valencia Pointe; Regency Series, Signature Series, and Crown Series. The Regency Series features zero lot line homes and range in size from 1,303 square feet to 1,616 square feet. All homes in the community have two to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The Signature Series features homes on zero lot lines ranging in size from 1,850 square feet to 2,396 square feet.
