Paddock Park

Paddock Park is a non-gated equestrian community in Wellington, located in west Palm Beach County,Florida. Many properties contain private horse barns, tack and feed rooms and paddocks. Lots are oversized and many connect to bridle paths that lead to equestrian grounds within Wellington. There are two divisions in the community called Paddock Park I and Paddock Park II with square footage of homes ranging from 2,500 to 6,500 livable square feet.
