Jupiter Yacht Club

Jupiter Yacht Club, built between 2003-2005, is a beautiful intracoastal condo community in Jupiter, located in Palm Beach County, Florida. There are 5 condo buildings in Jupiter Yacht Club  which offer Intracoastal or marina views.  These condos include: The Admiral, The Mariner, The Pointe, The Anchorage and The Commodore.

The Admiral  is a 23 unit condo building offering South views of the Intracoastal. The units offer 3 bedrooms and range in square footage from 2,400-3,100 square feet. Each unit has a private elevator entrance into the unit as well as one deeded covered parking space. Units have between 9 foot ceilings other than the top floor in which has 10 foot ceilings. The Admiral offers a pool and hot tub as well as a wet bar, gas grills, and bathrooms.

The Mariner in Jupiter Yacht Club is a  23 unit condo building overlooking the Intracoastal and marina. The condos range from 2,300-3,100 square feet and offer 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Mariner has 9 foot ceilings and 10 foot ceilings on the top floor. Each unit gets one deeded covered parking space. The Mariner offers a pool and hot tub as well as a wet bar, gas grills, and bathrooms.

The Pointe offers 48 condo units overlooking the Marina and Intracoastal. There are 2 bedroom 2 or 2 and 1/2 bath units as well as 3 bedroom 3 or 3 and 1/2 bath. These units range in square footage from 2,100 to 3,600 square feet. There are 2 deeded covered parking spots for each unit. The Pointe offers a pool and hot tub as well as a wet bar, gas grills, and bathrooms.

The Anchorage is a 33 unit condo building which overlooks the intracoastal and a private lagoon. This building offers 3 and 4 bedroom condos with 3 or 3&1/2  bathrooms and between 2,250 and 3,100 square feet. This building also offers 9 foot ceilings accept on the top floor where they are 10 feet. In the Anchorage you get 2 covered parking spaces and the top floor units get 2 car garages. The Anchorage amenities include a library, theatre, putting green, landscaped pool with hot tub, as well as a social room with a pool table, wet bar, and flat screen tv.

The Commodore is a 23 unit condo building overlooking the intracoastal and private lagoon. All units are 2,250 to ,3100 square feet and offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Private elevators open directly into your unit as well. The Commodore has 9 foot ceilings and 10 foot ceilings on the top floor. There are 2 deeded garage parking spots as well as top floor units get a private 2 car garage. The Commodore amenities include a library, theatre, putting green, landscaped pool with hot tub, as well as a social room with a pool table, wet bar, and flat screen tv.

The Jupiter Yacht Club Marina offers 79 boat slips going up to 65 feet long. The Marina is just off the Intracoastal and is just one mile from the Jupiter Inlet. Dining options at  Jupiter Yacht Club include:

Popular indoor/outdoor waterfront Sushi and Seafood restaurant. Brunch, lunch and dinner. Happy hour 3-6pm on weekdays. Free valet parking. Call ahead to get name on list.

Riverwalk is an extensive multi-phase outdoor project along Jupiter waterways and Jupiter Inlet. As part of the expansion the lagoon south of Jupiter Yacht Club and Marina will be passable by a pedestrian path and bicycle bridge “Lagoon Bridge.” The Riverwalk offers a recreational path on 2.5 miles of Jupiter’s finest waterfront including Jupiter Ridge Natural Area, Burt Reynolds, Dubois Park and Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum.
