Kim is a second generation native Floridian who also owns a home in Florida and investment and rental properties in North Carolina and Florida. She holds an MBA from the University of Florida and worked for IBM out of graduate school in Raleigh, N. Carolina and Boca Raton, Florida. Kim started her consulting and real estate business, Turnkey Operations of Palm Beach County and Optima Properties, in 1985. She has served on local civic and charitable boards Boards and does extensive community service through the United Way of Palm Beach County.
